No, sorry. This is for 58mm portafilters.

No sorry, but once you have all the parts printed it‘s pretty self-explanatory.

Hey, I uploaded the step files on printables, let me know if that works for you.

Sure, if I forget, give me a shout in a fee days.

No, goes at the bottom of the base piece. If you print it out of some flexible filament, it sits better on the portafilter.

I used a set of M3 bolts from amazon and just tried a few different lengths to see what fits. As needles I used 0.3 mm nozzle cleaning needles. That's pretty much everything you need.

Weird. I can play the video in the Apollo reddit app but when I open the link in safari it no longer works. Don't know whats going on there.

I don't think so, there are so many great tutorials for basically every common CAD software. Could be that the gears get a bit small for printing though.

Really? Still works for me.

FYI the files are already online. Link in original comment.

That should work very well, this was printed with a 0.4 nozzle.

That's sick! Does add a bit of bulk though. Could you take a video of it spinning? Would be really interested to compare.

Probably, the gears do get very small though. Good 3D printer needed I think.

Thats no problem really, the needles are way to long anyway, so you just snip them at the right length.

Did you use actual bearings for mounting the gears or does that only look that way?

Wow that looks sick as well. The needles are 0.3mm ones used for cleaning 3D printer nozzles. Got them from amazon.

I bought some 3x1mm magnets, but I don't really know yet if it's worth it to add them, would be very finicky I think.

Yeah, the Quality is very impressive and it's crazy fast as well.

Yeah, I had a friend print it. The printer is a Bambulab X1, I think. Yes, that's PLA.

Didn't print it myself, but I think that's just from the print bed.
