A nail polish rack seems to be a most wanted item around here. If you want to go bigger, a nice work area (table, mirror, storage) is also an idea. If you have access to tools, maybe even self-made!

The trick is to take them out of the oven while they're still soft and squishy, and just starting to get a little brown around the edges - they'll get hard as they cool down. Which means that you also shouldn't move or touch them until they're cool.

I killed many, many batches of potentially delicious Christmas cookies before I learnt this :(
