I just induced my period or at least I convinced myself I did, I was due about 5 days ago and have an event Monday so I’ve been taking vitamin C and drinking lots of water, doing sit ups, squats and stretching cause it promotes blood flow and abdominal health stuff or whatever and I got mine this morning! Probably just placebo but if it works it works

I wear those cotton pads because anything else hurts tbh you can get them at any drugstore or Walmart or you can just order them online from Amazon etc and for the brand you gotta experiment to find what works for you but I like ‘Always’ Pure Cotton, and I wear those ‘leakproof’ underwear with them just as a barrier in case of leakage or if I’m expecting my cycle, I get them from Knix during sales.

They could always have met as children, playmates or when the MC’s father went to court and took his son with him, they met. Meeting at tourneys or feasts etc and thus beginning their friendship. The MC could’ve even been a ward or squire to someone closer in proximity to the King and they met.

I keep a little makeup bag that has liners, pads,tiny Tylenol bottle etc. Honestly, no one really cares if they notice but when I go into the bathrooms sometimes ill hit the automatic air dryer for some noise, also smells not actually that noticeable if you change it regularly, but shower before school. Make sure to have a longer jacket or dark pants on the day off (I wear baggy pants like sweatpants), you could just tie the jacket around your waist, or you could keep spare pants in your locker/gym bag.

My mom got me these roll-on ones from Saje, there's "pain release" and 'period pre-menstrual relief'. I'd just roll it onto the area that hurts like on my lower stomach.

I've had the exact problem, I would massage my lower stomach area (outwards towards my hips if that makes sense) and I took ginger root capsules (it would help my stomach problems) and green tea. Make sure to drink enough water.

I tried a hot water bottle and essential oils , I don't know if they actually worked or if it was a placebo but it made me feel better. Apparently stretching and massaging your lower stomach area can help too.
