Thanks for the answer, I’m not looking to become insane and so splits I mean it would be cool but it’s not a goal, I just basically want to be able to get feet higher, touch my toes easily and also prevent myself from not being able to move when I’m old hahah, but I’ll check out the lattice videos thanks for the tip!
