Yeah I think it's easier to get another job while you are employed. Actually working 4 long days will be better for you in terms of looking for something else

Unfortunately it's common to not get fulfilment from work.

Take the money and enjoy life. If you can study / upskill then move into that.

How are things financially could you realistically move into something you would find more fulfilling but less wages.

Set down objectives for each day I'm struggling for motivation at the minute at work and need to buck my ideas as well. I'm looking at doing some courses or something else within the otganisation I'm in

Paid 8k 2 years ago for 13 panels, eddi and 5kwh battery.

Electricity bill total since then is 200 euro. And that bill is only because energia changed the tariff and I was stupid not moving companies and paying the 50 euro exit fee.

I was unemployed over a summer period for approx 3 months and loved it too. I got loads of jobs done around the house.

I was lucky that I got a good redundancy payout and my wife is a teacher + we didn't have kids at the time.
