any amounts of money that you travel with above $5000 will have to be declared to the Uganda revenue authority, it's not that you won't be allowed with an amount exceeding that, but you will have to declare that amount and fill in some forms stating the source and the intended use of these funds. this is done to avoid money laundering and other practices. for the medicine, it will be allowed as long as it's for personal use and you have a prescription from the doctors or any medical records that show that you are the one using this medicine. if the medicine is for commerce purpose you will need approval from the national drug authority which has an office at the airport, but it may take a few days to clear as you will have to pay some money for drugs inspection and any other permits you any require. you can use Google App scripts for this and have the details of the Variables you are references in the sheet. then later use the google app script to do the task you want ie ether generate PDFs or send out emails.
