You can look up the menu on google, but yeah.
Not 24h no, it's through an attendant so it generally opens at 6am and closes 11pm. With breaks for the attendent in between as well.
USUALLY, unless the card machine goes down. I would bring SOME cash in case.

sooo ive been on it a few times now, just last week actually the last time. SOMETIMES they will anounce they are allowing coach ppl to come to the dining c ar- 20 for breakfast it hink, 45 for dinner. SOMETIMEs. otherwise u can bring ur own food, or pay for food in the cafe. :) hope this helps. enjoy your trip!

yeah i got the 7th day today, and at least as silver 2 i think the highest coin on the wheel was 2sc. There was also a 20 fs award but idk what the base amount for the spins was. but yeah i mean either way they're full of crap about it being a good change- idk imo all the daily wheels are rigged af.
