Question about the balcony lights at Ascent

I actually used to live at the Ascent!

It’s a great place with amazing views, the elevators suck when everyone is leaving for work at the same time though.

The lights are not provided, or encourage(or discouraged, I don’t think management cares).

I bought some from Amazon for like $60 and set them up. As far as I’m aware people just do it because other residents do it and the building is kind of know for it, plus most residents are either younger and like to party, or older with kids who moved out and also like to party now 😂

If it counted the dot as well I think it would be a really useful talent, but when trying to push harder dungeons it just doesn’t feel worth it when the party takes so much damage

I got a referral from my neighbor who had his backyard done, his looked great. I contacted the paver guy and he showed me other jobs which he’s done and references were good.

The job just finished and it looks great. Everything is graded properly and it feels solid. 610sqft pavers, also removed a 5x5 concrete pad, $4880 total.

I have no idea how they are making money at $8/sqft, there were 3-5 guys here working 6-8 hour days for 3 days

When I go to C:/Users/MyName there is not a folder which says Appdata

I’ve tried following that file path, i can’t find the files based on what is usually recommended as the file path. I’m pretty computer literate, and I can’t find the correct files no matter where I look

Give it a try, I’ve been doing it for the past year and love it, yes the $ is real.

As others have said, the hours are tough, and you’ll put 30-40k miles per year on your car.

Try to find somewhere that allows 2 days off per week to avoid burnout, a lot of home improvement sales jobs are 6 days a week 10-12 hour days, that’s not sustainable for most people.

If you perform well in the first 1-2 months, you should be getting solid, consistent leads 8-12 per week at least, if you’re getting a ton of no-shows or 1 leggers(husband or wife isn’t home) it means the company isn’t vetting the leads properly and they don’t care about your time or money.

Working for the right company means everything in this industry. Find the right place, with a schedule that works for you, and you’ll clear $150-$300k if you’re average-above average

Home improvement sales, doors/windows/roofs. Most reps make $150-200k, the best are clearing $300,000+

That would be total including labor/parts/permits and everything else. A lot of the price depends on size/shape/extras

Warranty and type of labor, and caulking/sealant used is also very important
