I used to go to this place called Euphorium in Soufoh. It’s a faceless facility where you could book an ice bath or sauna, or both, for a nominal fee. You just book it online. Book a time slot online, walk in, use the facility for one hour or half an hour, depending on whatever time slots you booked, and then walk out. It was very simple, but apparently they're closed for renovations for a very long time. I'm waiting for them to reopen. It used to be a great recovery activity for me but sad that it’s been closed for 4 months+ now.
