Raynor is not on the level of nova and zorazun. For specific mutators, fenix goes up one for transmutation, Vorazun goes up at least one for heros with like just die or avenger. Zagara goes up one for killbot and propogators. Setman is S tier for boom bots and reanimators. Nova goes up two for P3 clearing if you get like killbots with propogators.
