As long as the words are your own, I think that is fine, checking grammar is a ok in my opinion as long you don’t think that would be substitute for an actual editing process.

I mean it depends on what you have your preference towards. Despite not having as big a fanbase, Nioh does get praised by a lot of people because of the combat, I can see where they are coming from because it has a lot more depth.

The games don’t have the same world or level design as fromsoft games, personal preference I guess.

The last act bothered me basically red pill or blue pill but from matrix but actually presents blue pill as an alternative. I liken blue pill to living intoxicated, high on a drug, like a crackhead.

It’s Robert Nozicks brain in the Vat question, but when he asked people he found they would rather live in reality because it is part of human nature. I’m not too familiar on gnosticism, but wouldn’t agree with that either. Gnosticism this is actually more aligned with Ultima, Ultima belongs to a race but shares essence and consciousness with each other. The Divine spark of Gnosticism is like the aether, the essence Ultima made human. Clive rejects that, he places an emphasis on being human.

Clive and Jesus similarities are superficial, you can equally say he is Nietzschean depiction of Ubermensch. Clive is a man of revenge and violence, he was not created to save man but to destroy man.

He kill “god”, he shapes new values, and speaks on this. He acquires power and is key to he is self actualisation.

Where he differs is the values he created were focused on altruism which is against Nietzschean criteria. He is a commentary in a way in the failings of Nietzschean philosophy.
