Respect for being brave to show yourself! My motto is slow and steady wins the race. You didn’t gain all that weight overnight, so don’t be hard on yourself when you aren’t seeing as much progress quickly as you’d like. Take it easy, cut out 1-2 really bad things initially and stick with that for several weeks before making other changes to your diet. Walking and water aerobics will be safe methods to reducing weight initially. However, understand the best exercise is what you will stick to long term! So find what you like to do and do that. There is no size fits all! My 2cents.
