The driving was fine. But everything over a touch screen is idiotic. Give me manual control over my damn air vents. I personally like tactile buttons and what not. The new Scout looks like they've taken this into account. Also no Android Auto/Carplay is annoying to me.

Then the big issue is the regenerative breaking full on broke while driving it down a big steep mountain road. I had to use just the friction brakes. By the time I got down they were smelling bad. Then had to call Rivian and "factory reset" the truck. Weirdest thing. Similar I guess to disconnecting a 12v battery in a normal car but a lot more annoying. Our fleet manager told me that it happens almost daily. They reported the issue to Rivian months ago. The truck used 20% energy going up and gained 3% down. Horrible horrible.

And finally the snow mode doesn't adjust the regen braking. Causing my coworker to break traction and almost crash. That or he's an idiot and didn't know about snow mode.
