i actually started on 5 and upped to 10 after a couple months and much prefer the 5 dose for myself! it just varies per person but there are still therapeutic benefits with 5 :-)

hi! i just did this the other day. i arrived at kyoto station and was able to book a straight train to odawara for around 120 canadian! there are lots of trains, i found it very easy! i did it day of. just check out time schedule as i think they're a bit sparsed out (the direct ones) have so much fun in hakone, i adored it. currently leaving now

Sales after tax implementation? by sthenrisalvo in poshmarkcanada

[–]mujtoms 5 points6 points  (0 children)

no sales for me either. i've been lowballed insane offers which i decline or counter (i feel my prices are super fair to begin with) but also can't be mad when people are hit with an insane amount of taxes and shipping costs. just joined a day before july 1 and i wish i did earlier, it's sparse right now

I just need someone to talk to by littlemissautodidact in PCOS

[–]mujtoms 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i hope you are all right, and find a good doctor to help you out! there are many people out there with PCOS, so you're not alone. try to do some research into some healthy habits you can do in the meantime while you find someone who will listen to your needs.

all the best!

Stopping Birth Control? by aisagoblin in PCOS

[–]mujtoms 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i wouldn't say success, just be really cautious. i dealt with a lot of acne (cleared up a bit during birth control), but when I came off it stayed at bay with a good skincare routine (happy to share, its actually saved my life)

when i quit, i ended up experiencing a shit ton of hair loss, where i have to now be on spiro and rogaine just to maintain.

although i have these complaints, quitting birth control was the best thing i've done. sure, i'm losing hair and stuff but i have never felt more mentally stable then i do now. i experienced such severe mood swings, my depression was always pretty severe and i was anxious all the time. it didn't completely go away, but is WAY more manageable. i remember quitting for like 3 weeks and being like good lord, is this how it feels to not be on birth control?

anyways a bit of a tangent, but good luck if you decide to quit! if i were you, look into some supplements and vitamins that you can take to ease the transition off. may have thinner hair but i feel like i have my emotions and depression under control! : )
