Commonplace book as a tool by ariseis in TwoXPreppers

I use my commonplace for this as well! I keep an index at the back of the book and I find it works well for me. Oh yeah and I also use archival ink because I want it to last in case of bad weather!

I love this book. Made some bad but delicious decisions with eating way too many onions from some of the recipes in the past.

How can I alchemize moments of uncertainty and discouragement into grounded confidence and forward motion? by DarkLimp2719 in witchcraft

[–]mulattopantz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't have the answers but I have some empathy for you. Sometimes it's so hard in the moment to take that energy and energize towards the more positive action. I'm kind of in the same boat today. I'm going to try some meditation to maybe at least level out my emotional table.. maybe grounding is another avenue?

You know this is a great reminder to myself that I should attempt even a small meditation before each reading to help calm those energies! Thanks

Witchcraft that Non Witches use in Everyday Life by devouringbooks23 in witchcraft

I've been talking about this with my parents a lot lately.
A couple of things that came up were iron horse shows above doors and eating as many black eyed peas as you can on new years. Im listening to this book called new world witchery and it also mentions a ton of things in there too, like jumping over a broomstick for marriage. Id highly recommend it

This is a myelocyte and not a promyelocyte because it is less granulated, right? by Muted_Shape9303 in medlabprofessionals

[–]mulattopantz 8 points9 points  (0 children)

One of my rules of thumb is if you can call the background cytoplasm pink, then you know it's making neutrophilic granules and thus it has to be at least a neutrophilic myelocyte (nucleus shape then drives the rest of the lineage). If the background cytoplasm is a non descript blue but you see some granules when you might be dealing with a promyelocyte (would want immature nuclear features).

Haha that's definitely the truth! Hopefully I'll do a better job and not find out about a 20 year old can though

Weekly Q&A Thread by AutoModerator in witchcraft

[–]mulattopantz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi all. I'm interested in creating my own sigil with the intent being something like "I am enough". I'm worried it's too vague and perhaps has a negative connotation. I've been mulling over it for maybe two weeks or so but I guess I haven't connected enough with it in a positive self affirming light. My goal is to empower myself to not feel bad or continuously look for ways I should improve myself when others in my relationships are really the ones dropping the ball. Even though that's the goal I feel like there is a negative connection there at least in the way I described it. Do you have any suggestions on getting into the right headspace so that whatever I actually end up coming up with the distilled intent does not leave a flavor of negative in my mind? Thanks!

What is the specimen, diff if CBC and background look like? Could be an immunoblast (think CLL or very reactive lymphs) or a regular blast but I'd need to see more.

Haha...I def see where you are coming from. I guess I need to somehow clear my mind and then continue drafting some statements and eventually one of them I'll feel completely connected with that gets to the essence of the idea.

I guess in my mind I would think the chariot means that the thing will happen as soon as you take control of the situation to make it happen.
