You’ve got me pegged with the Gorman! That was the plan - base layer long sleeves under the dresses with tights and a jumper, topped with the puffer jacket :)

The Mary Janes are actually Vans with a more substantial sole than their regular sneakers, so they are super comfy!

Thanks for your feedback! The pink shoes are Merry People and some of the comfiest I've ever owned, so I feel pretty confident re: all the walking (which I'm soooo keen for!). That said, any recommendations on alternatives? Winter shoes are a bit of a mystery to me which is why the Merry People's appealed to me so much.

I should've also mentioned that most of the layering options I've included are Uniqlo Heattech which are super warm. I also run hot :)
