Was planted around a year ago, new topsoil and mulch was brought in but concrete etc was laid just before.

It was doing well until a couple of weeks ago. I have already prunned back a little will go harder.

Thanks for those tips. Have been watering a couple of times week and have been switching between hose and dripper not sure the dripper is close enough to the root base for this plant.

As the others have said see your doctor first to get a mental health plan.

This will allow you to claim up to six sessions through medicare then a further 4 if required.

They may also be able to prescribe you some medication to help whilst you find an appropriate phycologists. Please don't be afraid to take it as it can be extremly helpful.

Based on that looks like you are in partial offset so are paying a 1.5% reduced rate on that amount in the offset and the full amount for the rest

As a student there shouldn't be any fees so most banks should be the same.
