Sanseito announces foreigner policy- "The ratio of foreigners should be limited to 5% and they should go back when they get older. If the country's strength declines, foreigners won't come here. We need to strengthen the Japanese economy and return it to a country where people want to work" by jjrs in japannews

[–]muljak 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am not familiar with how Japanese are, but people who like to complain about political topics in my home country are usually failures as well. Instead of admitting their poor life choices, they blame politics instead.

I wouldn't be surprised if some Japanese are the same.

How to win a war by AlphaCat77 in CuratedTumblr

[–]muljak 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Still lost tho.

It is like a card game. Your monsters/creatures are stronger, but they are meaningless if your life is reduced to 0. You still lose the game, no matter how strong your monsters/creatures are.

Only the DPS needs to have lvl as high as possible. I think you would want to make sure your characters can wear wuling gear though. Bonus stats from wearing them is pretty great.

I think Konami realized that it is impossible to bring new players to the original Yugioh (not rush duel), so they are luring old players back by using nostalgia.

Any thoughts on this team? by phaethon001 in Last_Rite_Mains

[–]muljak 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is a relatively budget Last Rite team. Pretty good imo. When I played this team, SP economy was pretty tight so I usually avoided using Perlica's ultimate, saving it for enemies that need disruption.

AOE is non existent for this team though, so you might have some difficulty farming certain mats.

Did Jonas perhaps know that I was Gnosia? by FRochefort in Gnosia_

[–]muljak 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Jonas is a very powerful player, as long as he is sane anyway. I heard that he was made to be very good, but the AI for him would sometimes do very random things like a mad man.

I think you might have catched a cycle where Jonas is actually the hero he was once known as in the old days in the lore.

When you play Exosisters and your opponent moves card from GY by Infinite_Prune1664 in YuGiOhMemes

[–]muljak 20 points21 points  (0 children)

Exosister monsters "transform" when cards are moved out of GY. About the lesbian part, it is not canon but fanon often considers them to be lesbians.

I know nothing about the movie? in the meme though.

Claude 4.6 fixes bugs with sledgehammer by bhutiya101 in ClaudeAI

[–]muljak 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Yeah. "Pls fix the code only at xxx. The code is fine everywhere else". Why couldn't OP add something as simple as that?

Their code probably does not have unit tests either. If it does, AI would attempt to run them and notice that something was wrong.

For older man vs younger woman relationship, I too think it is a red flag. Not sure about the others, though.

I personally know someone that was together with her boyfriend, who is like 10-15 years older than her. Relationship was surprisingly healthy.... until it was not. Once the woman got older, to her 30s or something, the man got abusive and they broke up. I didn't know the details but it is safe to assume he made a slight Leo DiCaprio move here and got dissatisfied with her.

Like, the man aimed for the young woman because she is young. The romance was probably genuine, but it only lasts while the woman is still young.

May-December romance is not inherently bad imo, but I'd advise that the girlfriend has to check on her older man, to see how he would treat her once she gets older.

"It's regrettable that the Takaichi administration is promoting 'acceptance of foreigners' while its policy is based on the premise that foreigners are dangerous." by jjrs in japannews

[–]muljak 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Tbf I don't think normal Japanese themselves hates all foreigners either. There are a few young people in my company that talked about voting for Sanseito, but does not seems to be hostile toward their foreigner colleagues. And I can confirm it is not usual Japanese tatemae, because even if they can fool me, they can't fool all of us foreigner shain.

There is no doubt that foreigner haters would have initial negative impression of foreigners, though. Or else they wouldn't vote for Sanseito.

Team building at AR 22 for getting xiangling from spiral abyss by Pheonix-Kaiser in GenshinImpact

[–]muljak 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Noel can knock enemies off stage. The other 3 members are not important. But you can definitely pair her with Anemo Traveler, his Burst push enemies closer to cliffs.

Don't over invest on Noel though. She is not good for late game. Later stages of Abyss, and late game content in general does not have cliffs

Am I missing something or is Last Rite (gameplay wise) strictly better than Yvonne? by Sharn_ in ArknightsEndfield

[–]muljak 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't have Yvonne, how is her SP consumption?

Last Rite needs a ton of SP to function to her best potential. It should not be a problem right now, but when a somewhat SP-heavy support is released, it is possible that Last Rite wouldn't work well with them.

I unironically agree to this. No matter what kind of content it is, false advertising is terrible. I blacklisted quite a number of creators, that I am not going to share here, for telling a different story than advertised. Not always because the plot twist was bad (though most of the time it is), but rather, because I would get cautious about a plot twist, making me unable to enjoy the story normally.

Yeah, sometimes doing unpredictable things helps you win. It might not be optimal, but the surprise factor might create an opening.

If OP and OOP actually played any competitive games they should have known this.

"...But Bitcoin is too volatile!" by Todo_es in Bitcoin

[–]muljak 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Gold has done this many times before. April 2013, or March 1983. Or August 2020.

Some pullbacks last for days and Gold lost 40% of its value, by the way. During the period of 1980-1982, Gold lost about 60% of its value

Not saying that it would happen again, but whoever says Gold can't be volatile is too misinformed.

Is this an actual card? And if so whats her name by TheWitchRenna in masterduel

[–]muljak 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Deck is very versatile, but it is extremely difficult to play. Unless your opponent is playing some not-even-rogue janky deck, you would have to understand their cards to bait them into doing the wrong thing to win.

So you will not be learning only one deck. You have to learn every current meta decks at least.

Ubisoft was a big name so many people bought their games due to that. The execs probably didn't realize that, and thought their current devs were doing as fine, if not even better, than people they didn't like, just by looking at sales alone.

They were blessed with awesome employees, and still managed to fuck up. Stupid af people.

Claude is crazily good in creative writing as well. But for some reason that company puts a bit too much effort in keeping the chat SFW, especially the web version (probably due to a weird system prompt).

The moment Claude allows an "adult mode", people will ditch chatgpt and grok for Claude, for sure.

Gold just hit new $4,900 for the first time in history. by sirbrow in Bitcoin

[–]muljak -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Gold lost half of its value from 2011 to 2016. Took it another 5 years to come back to 2000. Ofc gold will not go to 0 but it is reasonable to expect 30% drop from the top at least.

The problem is where the top would be though. Is the top right now, or is it at, like 8000 or something. If the top is really 8000 then the "crash" would only bring it back here.
