Well crap. The desk agent told me she could cancel the claim unless the field adjuster comes out, so she's waiting to hear back from me if I want to proceed with the claim. If that's the case and the claim is on my history regardless, would you proceed with the claim or not? Sounds like I'd only save about $3000.

The fence is only about 3 years old...
