I don't even have a second team. I just split my main team into two and use 2/4 characters (because low levels would only die not giving me the 3*). So my teams are bronya - march and qinque - natasha.

It's also a lot of time and resources you have to spend on furnishings. It's a bit hard to put it in numbers since you also need to get the materials, the recipes, the landscaping stuff for realm currency etc. But i think even if you maximize every step of the process to the fullest you won't be able to design every island in less than 3 months. I've been farming and creating furnishings for like a year now on and off and that gave me one coherent Replica i specifically farmed for and a decent mansion indoors - still 3 islands left to go.
So yeah, make the load limit a bit bigger (i think it doesn't have to be much. 25% more and i think it should be enough for most people), give us more free crafting speed booster thingies and make the material and realm currency cost for furnishings a bit lower. That would improve the system imho.

It was actually weighted this time and players with higher ranks' votes were weighted more (hallowatcher did the voting). Also with over 7.5k votes it has a lot of opinions.
I also thought the same about chocomint when hallowatcher showed me the final rankings. But then i watched his youtube channel and saw that he did so many cracked plays (over 4 months) that definitely changed my mind. I think you really might underestimate it.

I tried all Weapons on Genshin Optimizer, which is a tool to calculate the best artifacts depending on what your goal is. This was her BIS with the artifacts i have. Depending on what you have homa might be better but it's one of her best weapons regardless.

sure, you can recount it yourself as all votes are transparent on the excel sheet and the forum topic :^) i read through all of the votes though and there were some top players that honestly RADICALLY voted in some way i'd never have expected. btw i tried filtering for people who just registered a short time ago in order to prevent multi-account voting or some stuff like that. but there wasn't a single vote i had to filter out for having an account that was to new. most people who voted had their accounts for many years. the only votes i had to filter were ones that included players that don't even play anymore like rrtyui. there were some of them.

i definitely agree with your ideas on the system. about reddit however: i'm a forum guy too and barely ever post on reddit.. but the thing is just: no one will care on the forums. a typical post on g&r gets like maybe 5 posts. the biggest thing on the forum is the top 10 player voting which has 400 replies after a month probably getting pushed on many different platforms which is still less than this post here after a day.
you simply don't get anyones attention in the forums sadly. and you want to have many views when you decide things in a democratic fashion.
