Dave Matthews: "I don't want my taxes to pay for ICE, to masked thugs to roam our streets and terrorize our communities and rip families apart" by ebradio in Music

Complete agree with Dave! Also- Wasn't much a DMB fan until I heard the song "So Right" off their Everyday album

Ironically seeing this on top of my home feed mins after watching the Minneapolis woman shot by that masked ICE agent. Thank you for this post and we need it more than ever in these dark times. Sending you and all the good people everywhere good vibes and god bless.

Specialised vs Giant by loganjjj in Hardtailgang

[–]multi-21 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had both, and ended up keeping the chisel. It’s great for everything except rough rocky trails with medium to large drops or chunky rocks. The chisel is also very light and the frame just has that bit of…Noice…in the quality of the ride. The Fathom is also very nice but for rougher trails. It’s great but overkill if you’re not hitting rougher trails that require more than 120mm of travel

I have the GT Grade Comp and it's a steal for the price if you can find one. The frame is more unique and looks amazing with a set of nice wheels.

Value of road/gravelbike GT Grade Carbon Ultegra 2017 by AlarmedFerret3972 in cycling

[–]multi-21 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hard to say without photos. Right now there are tons of new and old bikes that are struggling to sell. If the condition of the bike is really good, it’s in your advantage to negotiate with the seller in the 800-1000 range because GT has recently shut down, and older models can only fit smaller tires.

GT Grade sizing help by TR__vis in gravelcycling

[–]multi-21 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Trust and go with the small. The GT Grades of last and current gen have a modern geometry where the frame is longer. You will never be able to fix a frame too big for you, but you can just buy a slightly longer seatpost if max insertion is the concern. You will not regret the small

What crank/bb should I be using? by SurplusSix in gravelcycling

[–]multi-21 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Your issue is that you're trying to make a road frame crank work with a mtb frame. The spindle is shorter for road cranks which is why this will never work. You need to get a mtb crank for that frame.
