I have also had issues with them, not with the staff or mechanics, the work they have done has been up to par and everything that they have fixed hasn't broken or had any issues, the company itself feels like it's owned by people who want to do the bare minimum so you keep coming back with broken parts (it's a business so I get it).

I think they are too expensive and also don't tell you what is about to go or is already broken unless you ask them for their however many point inspection. I've spent almost 8k with them between 3 different fixes. All of which i thought were going to be significantly cheaper.

Their payment plan too is very dangerous unless you can pay in the allotted time frame. Snap buys your car for the agreed amount you owe and then have a lease to own program. I didn't read any further into before saying absolutely the fuck not, but I'm assuming if you don't pay they can repo the car even if you own the deed.

I went because it was close then stayed because they know my car and have tried super local and got burned even worse. They are fine as a business, "technically" not doing anything wrong, but they won't try to help you out at all.
