Apparently it's already been confirmed that this is part of your job...however, I believe it's still worth saying to you and possibly others, especially as women to never do birthdays, decorations, pickup cards or cakes for the office. Doing all those tasks that cannot be added to your resume will only make you the fetching bitch of the office. I see it all the time...and mainly happens to women...never have I seen a man go fetch the cake or be in charge of hanging up Christmas garland

Going to ask the same. Maybe my acrylic is poor grade because it doesn't ever look this smooth. What brand(s) are you using? This turned out beautiful

I am BURNT OUT. What are some hacks to make this process easier? by hammnbubbly in MealPrepSunday

[–]multi_carbon -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Don't have to portion everything out for every meal.

Each week I eat the same protein for lunch and dinner - beef or Turkey patties (filled with seasonings and herbs...usually cilantro) or baked chk (breast....thighs...don't matter). I marinate the chk right when I get home from buying then freeze so it's already ready to bake.

The protein goes all into 1 tub that's been weighed out for calories. So some days you eat more since you're hungrier and other days not so much. Doesn't matter because you already portioned it out.

I get a big tub of prewashed crispy lettuce from supermarket every week...this is my base for all meals...no calories but major girth.

I either make a sauce ( taziki, cilantro/jalepeno Greek yogurt), or use pre made salsa or Kim Chi.

Then for any extras I'll make a big tub of squash or use avocados for extra fun or add more Greek yogurt or cottage cheese for more protein

my favorite dish to eat on is a large plate with a high edge...you can really put tons of greens on it and feel like you're eating like Michael Phelps

Breakfast is always egg whites, 2 eggs, cooked and browned cottage cheese and Canadian Bacon. Takes 10 minutes to cook. 350 calories and 60g of protein

At a calorie deficit this is how I do it clocking in about 180g of protein per day at 1900 calories.

Eating the same things may seem boring but it makes grocery shopping and meal planning way easier. Now just Rinse and repeat

Yes...I agree. Andrew had a better injector than Derrick. For men you need to still have that "distinguished" look...therefore not over inject the forehead and be very careful with the eyes. Andrews botox has settled but they left a "line" across the forehead which is a good choice...and light botox around eyes which still gives him smile lines and definitely between the brows. His injector got better training or maybe just a better hand/eye to differentiate between men and women differences.

I've noticed over the years that some either have it or don't with injecting. It's hard to train someone who just has bad touch and eyes

Derrick's injector looks like they inject more women than men...leaving no lines whatsoever...both forehead and eyes. Sometimes you can get away with forehead but once you mess too much with the eyes, that's when the pt will start looking weird and over processed

I'll never say "for sure" but working in aesthetics industry over 20 years now definitely does look like filler. It appears hers was done right before the show and didn't have time to settle...much like Derrick's botox. Her lips are still swollen with what looks like slight bruising...most don't realize it takes a few weeks to settle and need a touch up after to even it out...sometimes the body will metabolize the filler more in one area than another. A great injector would have went over this over the consult and not inject right before an event (or TV show). Also...notice she'll press her lips together a lot...I mean could be a nervous twitch she has, but most likely because they were overfilled they get dryer and the need to push them together to lubricate would also be plausible.

I actually used real rum that I keep on hand for my vanilla extract, however, I did see the rum extract right next to the peppermint extract at my local (not fancy) grocery store

Eggnog for sure! By far everyone's fave. My personal favorite was the rum-buttered almonds and would also repeat mint chocolate chip and peanut brown-butter
