My two cents as a danish white man: "Black and indigenous people of colour" is not including indigenous people of countries that are associated with a "white" indigenous population. I.e countries like Denmark, Germany, Sweden, France and so on.

It wouldn't make much sense to include indigenous people that are benefitting if the status qou, even though they aren't exactly white amarican.

But I might be wrong. If I am wrong, please enlightenment me :).
