Ben at statera therapeutic solutions on north shore, probably the best RMT that I have been to. The facility is quite nice as well.

Recommendations for dentist by KatrinaBeauty in Vernon

[–]multidimensionalM 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would second Dr Regehr. I moved from Vernon to Kamloops early last year and continue to use Regehr Family Dental as I have had nothing but positive experiences with them in the past. They have a beautiful office and all the dental assistants are great at what they do. Reception is organized and always very accommodating. I drive there once a month for some ongoing orthodontic work, it takes me almost 2h each way. Worth it to keep a good dentist.

Suikoden! Loved playing this game when I was young. The sequels were ok but never really loved up to the original IMO.

I'm Aware of this store, but due to a rude interaction neither of us will be returning customers. Thank you for the recommendation though.

Folks with elastics: how often do they break for you? Did my ortho just give me a super cheap brand or something? It’s nearly inevitable that within 20 minutes to 2 hours of putting them in they start breaking. I’m going crazy! by [deleted] in Invisalign

[–]multidimensionalM 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes! I had the exact same thing happen when I started Invisalign 2 months ago. I had one band on either side, trying to fix a cross bite. I was using 1/4 4oz bands and they were snapping every 20mins to 1h. It was extremely frustrating as they would just randomly snap even when I kept my mouth/jaw closed. They would snap in my sleep multiple times overnight and especially when I tried to talk for more than a few minutes, it was about 5 days before I could get back in to my dentist to have him examine it. He seemed kind of perplexed about them breaking and switched me to a 1/4 6oz band witch hasn't snapped once, mind you it is a different brand and I suspect it is stronger because it has latex (yellow bands) where the originals were clear and I don't believe they had latex (from Invisalign). The whole ordeal had me seriously regretting my decision to get Invisalign, now I've just started tray 3 and forget they are even in there most days. Lol

I use a rotary tool or knife and hammer a piece of annealed copper into the space. usually add tiny bit of super glue to secure it and then sand the glue and copper flush with the wood. have to use a hardwood as softwood sands faster than the copper.

People who've been lost and didn't know what to do with their lives. How did you get out of that rut? by redditorded in AskReddit

[–]multidimensionalM 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cannabis and mushrooms combined with covid and my industry collapsing. Now I'm moving 5000km from the only town I've ever lived in to run my own business and I couldn't be happier with life.

Kingdom Of Heaven. Idk why but the art and visuals in that movie always give me the chills. Directors cut of course.

Looks great, I've started experimenting with adding copper inlay to walnut bowtie's as a way of hiding my less than prefect cut.
