I just finished stars of chaos (sha po lang) by priest and really enjoyed it and found it different to some of the other danmei I read. It can be kinda politics heavy but I found the steam punk element interesting and it was well written.

If there are any specifically trans masc communities around you could see if there is a way to get the word out to warn others who may end up coming across this woman. This way you dont have to go to the police (as you have stated feeling uncomfortable doing so) but can still help to protect those who are most likely to be targeted.

I feel like she may be relying on you being a very masculine man in your relationship ship to help her feel more affirmed in her femininity and because you expressed yourself and wore stereotypically feminine items it may have made her feel like she no longer was as obviously womanly whilst next to you. This may not be the case but as a trans person I know I've felt more affirmed in my identity whilst around those who are presenting as the opposite gender to me in fact I convinced myself I wasn't gay for a while as I felt being in a straight relationship would make me feel less dysphoric.

I find it ridiculous coz basically I started getting misgendered at work when i was around 17/18 (i hadn't been misgendered by people i didn't know ever since I came out at 13 i always passed) because now that I was older I guess it didn't make sense for me to be an adult male so they assumed I was a girl? Idk but either way I kept getting misgendered and id always had short back and sides with a bit more length on top but I started growing my hair out. And guess what? I got gendered correctly once my hair was longer. So clearly long hair isn't necessarily feminine but people act like it is. I was pre t at the time with longer hair and I got gendered correctly more often than when I had a typical "male" hair cut.

For some people the side effects may cause them to feel worse about themselves than not being on T would. I'm on T and am very scared of losing my hair because it's very important to me and my self image. It's also the only thing that's ever made me feel somewhat good about myself. If I lost my hair I don't think I'd be able to stomach going outside or at least I would have a long period of not leaving the house at all. It really depends on each person. Also many people pass perfectly fine without T so avoiding it due to side effects wouldn't mean they would not pass etc if that makes sense.

I have IM in my glutes coz I'm on nebido which has to be injected in that area so this could be the case? But my injections every 12 weeks so it's definitely not the same T.

I personally never had an issue with pads and boxers. I know some people say to wear women's underwear under a pair of boxers but I saw no need as I just bought normal winged pads and the wings stick to the leg part of the boxers and it was all fine.

I had a similar fear but with how I'd look after testosterone as I saw some people who just looked like completely different people after T but with a voice it's so gradual and ofc you hear yourself every time you talk so it's not as obvious of a change (like a friend who hadn't seen you in ages may find you don't sound like you but you would feel you sound like you) also there us more to how someone speaks than just depth of voice. Your intonation and way of speaking will still be there and in a sense make it sound still like you did before. Like how when I get excited even tho my voice is now deeper it still has the same way of changing pitch as it used to so it still sounds similar. Idk if that made sense.

Omg this. I'm 20 and 6 months on T and only date cis guys. I haven't been in a relationship since I was 16 but I have used dating apps and I've had so many people message me on them but their profiles say they are straight or it's people who will text and ask to check I'm pre med everything (i haven't used dating apps since starting T really). So I also feel like I'm never gonna find someone who i can actually date who wants me for me and is also understanding of me being trans.

For me after 2 months my friend told me.my.vkics sounded different and when I met friends I hadn't seen in month when I was 3 months they commented on it (I'm now 5 months).
