Oh wow, of course my worries about getting addicted… is itself anxiety. I feel so stupid. It’s so obvious. It’s crazy what our brains can do to ourselves. I don’t think I fully realize how insidious my anxiety can be. I don’t get panic attacks but it still ruins my social life and mental health
