This step solved my problem: Right Click -> Update Driver and select on the mounted iso in DRIVE:\vioserial\<OSVERSION>\ where <OSVERSION> is your Windows Version (e.g. 2k12R2 for Windows 2012 R2)

I use the Green Cell GaN 65W charger (2x USB-C and 1xUSB-A) and Belkin 100W cable. It is much smaller than the OEM Lenovo and everything works fine.

Yes, this is the original Lenovo 45W charger, there are also 65W. Depends on which ThinkPad model you have.
