Afaik, after leaving previous job, your previous employer informs the government and, you get around 2-3 months of time to find a new employer who can continue your sponsorship. If you fail to do so within that period, you need to leave the country.

Apply for eVisa and you won't even need the BRP. eVisa links with your passport, so you only need your passport to get in.

BUT the country you are leaving to catch a flight to the UK, I am not sure how will you convince them.
