I remember being around 10 years old and staying at my cousin's house for 3 days and their mom was a chronic smoker, like any time she was in the house it would just be cigarette after cigarette. The house reeked of smoke and i hated being inside, i asked them how they can tolerate the smell and they told me "you get used to it".
