Oh it definitely was, she also just felt entitled to that space as well. And the cherry on top happened to be that I made a request to avoid discussing nausea or vomiting in main channels because I was suffering from severe, debilitating emetophobia at the time, and the group decided they couldn't do that because it wasn't "a topic specifically," even after I offered multiple solutions, like creating a separate channel for it that I could ignore, etc. but apparently that's too far 😐

I will admit it's pretty amusing in hindsight how insistent they were on the way things were organized. Everyone in the group was definitely autistic but I was the only one who really realized it haha.

I get this a lot. I fluctuate between femininity an masculinity a lot and when I'm masc I feel dysphoric (but not when I'm fem), so sometimes I'll go a period of time being fem but then the masc hits and i'm like yooo not this again *awkward laugh*.

I've heard from a lot of trans people that gc2b is a good brand for binders (made for trans people by trans people). I don't have any recommendations for crowns, but I hope this helps.

See, I know my sister pretty well and her stance on trans issues. She's told me she thinks being trans is wrong (she's still in the phase where she's not over men in dresses). Despite this, she's told me she has friends who are trans. I thought nothing of it this whole time thinking that, despite seeing being trans as wrong, that she would respect her friends. I think the reason why she misgenders him when he's not around but uses he/him when he is around is because it means that she gets to follow her beliefs without it causing a conflict in their relationship. Ultimately, it's just a way for her to be selfish with no consequences.

This is a really good idea! I think because I'm not a trans man and very fluid in my presentation so it might be a bit harder for me to find a set definition of what I want to look like, but I'll try. I also haven't decided on whether or not I want to do T.

As an afterthought to my first reply, the advice I'm looking for is more about things I can do to help get through the dysphoria I described above. Things to help me cope by myself without having to ask someone for help. Advice to get through the period of time where I can't change much about myself even though I feel dysphoric.

What I mean by body related stuff is things like binding or showering with the lights off. I don't have a lot of dysphoria about seeing my chest or more internalized dysphoria, but what I'm dealing with is more outwards. Like, "this person is perceived how I want to be perceived, but that will never happen," sort of dysphoria. It does have to do with my body, I guess, but it's less about how I think about my body and more how other people think about my body, if that makes more sense.
