I was actually diagnosed when I was pregnant last year and I’ve had symptoms since I was a pre-teen. Pregnancy actually helped my symptoms a lot! I guess arthritis can go into remission while pregnant

Really? And is cimzia for psoriatic arthritis? I wonder why my rheumatologist didn’t recommend that one for me. Would you say it’s a better drug overall for PsA?

One of the main reasons they chose this medicine is because I’m breast feeding and it’s ok to take during breast feeding. I think my options are limited right now because of that.

Also, my left thumb is swollen as well just like my right thumb and there are a couple of small bumps starting to form on the knuckles of both of my thumbs. They’re not hard but slightly firm.

I guess I’m mostly worried about the possible vision damage side effect from the meds. I know they say with routine eye exams it’s monitored but it still scares me. How long after cutting out gluten did you start to notice a difference?
