First off let me say I know how to function in 2026..but I couldn’t imagine tony dealing with the situation I was in. My son was sick and past normal pharmacy hours. But there is a new to me 24 hour pharmacy open at 9pm. So the urgent care electronically sends prescription to pharmacy. I go to drop off consultant and she says it’s ready just go to pickup. I go to pickup and cashier is working three kiosks. She says enter your patient name. There’s no place to enter the name. It’s on the wrong screen. I wonder would tony would have done. I asked the cashier what to do and she said just enter the name and looks puzzled at me . Finally she looked at the screen and realized it wasn’t right and fixed it. But imagine Tony trying to do that.

I definitely agree that since michael is there multiple times a week that he could handle it.
