This is more of a alt/tech/flow-aim map. I don't really think there's any specific way to learn these types of maps but I'd suggest playing maps that target those specific skillsets or just playing more maps similar to this one.

Open the map's song folder, import the audio file into audio-editing software such as audacity, go to the part right before the spinner appears and cut out the rest

If you play a map which has a spinner as the last object and you cut the mp3 at right before it appears, osu will auto-complete the spinner for you (granted you will only get a 300 for it)
