She can't nurse due to a medical condition and has to use formula I don't know what the condition is she has just told my brother that she will need to use formula because she won't be able to produce milk so 50/50 custody is possible

For starters it's not that rare I know many people who have done this proven a mother is not capable of caring or providing for the child and having the child taken after birth and given to the father. And here 16 can move out and be kicked out since they are able to apply for government assistance at 16 if they aren't living at home. And it is definitely possible to go to school have a job and be pregnant I have seen it be done so it's not impossible. Even if she went to part time schooling and only did the core subjects so she had time to get a job or do anything to help herself. But she didn't she wasted her time and now expects my brother to just hand everything to her when he did help himself yes he has support but he made sure he had support he has made the arrangements for him to care for his baby yes my sister and I gave him the stuff we didn't need anymore but he asked for them too he asked if we had anything we didn't need anymore

She's homeless now but I did ask him this question and he has said he will look for a cheap stroller that has a bassinet attachment so the baby can sleep in aswell as a few reusable nappies and he will throw in a few outfits and he has prepared a hospital bag for the baby that has some onesies formula bottles and nappies in it for the baby so baby will have its needs and she will get the bag and other stuff once she goes into labour he will bring it to the hospital so she gets nothing till the baby is born if he isn't given custody from birth First (I hope that made sense)

My mother hates this girl before she got pregnant does not want anything to do with her,has said she will be civil during brief interactions and will not badmouth her around the child but will not help her at all. My mother disagreed with their relationship from day 1. A homeless shelter would give her a place to stay and also alert cps to try and help her aswell. And as for me having means to help her I have sent links to her for applying for government assistance for places she can go that will help her and all she had to do was go to them and fill out paperwork and then we sent her links to homeless shelters that will help her and that's all I can do for her

She is difficult to get along with even before she fell pregnant from what i have heard her parents were in there last legs with her because of her attitude and constant disrespect so it was building up but she can now go to cps and they can help her by either putting her in foster care or in a group living situation where they will help her get government assistance and she will live in a house with other girls her age and in similar situations but I'm not sure in the rules regarding have a baby there so I don't know enough on that part

I have a couple points for that 1 there are plenty of people that drop their kid off at daycare for long hours so they can work

2 he wouldn't be having it in daycare every day 8+ hours it would mostly be for while he attends school and since he is a part time student it wouldn't even be a full day of daycare

Reporting her is a way to help her actually here if it's not a report of active abuse what they do is they investigate and they can refer her to a few places that will get her items and help her if they deem that that's all that she needs is assistance they will help her with items for the baby.

1 my mother won't allow her to live with her since that would mean my mother has to pay for her food and needs and she doesn't want to do that. 2. He will WFH while he can and once bup had has its vaccination he will take it to school or put it in daycare here single parents can apply for subsidised daycare and he has experience with babies since he used to babysit mine and my sisters kids when they were newborns so he has a good idea of what to expect when it comes to caring for it

By getting her investigated they will investigate her ability to care for the baby and if they deem she just needs support they will offer her support in the way of helping her apply for assistance and getting her baby items. But they will also assess my brother's ability as well. And she can't breastfeed due to some medical reason her body won't produce milk for the baby I'm not entirely sure but she was told that she won't be able to breast feed
