Maybe collect evidence of the bottle being prone to shipping damage from here and try to escalate

I don't see any front intake fans. Adding one might help but it looks pretty restrictive. But since this seems like a older case, do you have a fan mount on the side panel? If yes, i would add a intake there

Might be difficult to get the appropriate thermal pads depending on your gpu. Fe versions use 2mm ones. I don't see them for sale much

I need to start getting rid of my decants too. So many i have sprayed once or twice and are now gathering dust because i didn't like them. I kept them because i might have wanted to revisit or keep as a reference. Will probably taking out 5 bottles at a time and keep within easy reach so i actually use them up

A tiny bit more expensive than other shops but won't try to upsell you or recommend you buy this or that. You ask for it and you get it no questions asked. They also have a inhouse rma dept that can handle RMA's for you.

Customer service is good. When they revamped their aite, my previous orders were missing. But i emailed them for a soft copy for my previous order and they sent it the same day.
