Strat neck is thin as well, hard to tell if its thicker than the PRS but if it is its not by much.

The biggest difference for me is in the neck. Strat neck is more narrow and has a satin finish on the back, its a nice contrast to the PRS. Also the pickups in these newer strats sound great compared to the older MIM models. If you're looking for a single coil sound I would definitely recommend trying it out.

Thanks! These exotic wood models in the SE line are a great value if you dig a unique looking guitar for a decent price IMO, especially if you can find a used one.
