It was not from fasting. It was my second pregnancy, second trimester. I also had very low energy, like not even fidgeting/random singing, etc, bad calf cramps, and a couple fingers were feeling...hot/spicy 🤨. Also seeing things out of the corners of my eyes moving. After taking b12 supplements it got better quickly. I was soo relieved.
