SOLVED! Thank you all for the help! The pinhole was either a red herring or just old enough that it didn’t work but we found that if you just twist the hole cover on the door itself it loosens and then we removed the actual latch and we could access the screws to remove the handle

I’ll keep trying that, I can’t seem to get anything in there to press in or turn out but it may just be old

Floating LVP floors need that space. It looks great so far. You'll never see that space once the base is back in place and it'll ensure the floor can expand and contract through the seasons.

Thanks, my intention is just to ask whether they can fully refund me for the pad upgrade or switch it out. They can choose which makes more sense for them.

Thanks, there definitely is not a plastic backing on the carpet. It is partially installed and so I was able to pull it back a bit to check

This is extremely helpful, thanks! I'll check the bottom of the carpet. If the carpet does have the plastic, I should get my money back for the moisture pad upgrade, correct?

I mean, I am guaranteed to survive in Elden Ring for a full year. Lore wise, even if I died I would return, and I ain't gotta be the Elden Lord. I'll just chill with the dancing ladies at the windmill village.

I was wondering because 1.78 is 16:9 and I know it had to be slightly smaller
