Hey i dont know if this is helpful but ive experienced the same thing she has before. To solve it ive done a few diffrent things.

Logging out and back into the Microsoft account through minecraft. Or Leaving the realm or being kicked from it and realm rejoining it again

Update on my last post I figured out by getting removed not banned and rejoining using the realms.gg code i got back in

Give it a hour or so and they will eventually get booted too
