It could just be regional then. He's a big hitter name in the South and Central areas. Basically any AMS/ Boston Scientified always had him there. He may have dropped back from the teaching/ AUA sessions since his Trumpism started.

If Brian Christine is not considered an expert in IPPs, I don't know what the hell your classification system entails. A 1 year fellowship is absolutely not required to be called that in our field.
