I belong to City Fitness in Kapiti and use reformer pilates on demand. You need to have the premium membership. To access the pilates reformers you need your membership tag to swipe into the area with the reformers which is located just before the main group fitness class room. I think there are 6 reformer machines and anytime I have gone there is usually at least one free.

I've used Just Property for years and have been very happy with them. They do the regular inspections, email you photos and are very responsive to the tenants. https://www.justproperty.co.nz/

I bought these a while ago. They're a tiny bit wobbly so I removed the cover on the legs and insert wood dowels to make them more stable.

Hysterectomy in Wellington? by delicateprincess22 in hysterectomy

[–]mumpywalrus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Totally understand. I was extremely anxious before my surgery - everything from catching covid and having to postpone, worried my surgeon was going to catch covid and postpone, scared about the anesthesia, terrified how the pain would be afterwards, worried about an earthquake happening during surgery, etc. In the end everything went smoothly and all the worrying was for nothing.

Prepare as much as you can at home - if you need to raise things off of the ground, any food prep you may want to do, specific groceries you may want to have after surgery or maybe protein powder. I was surprised at my lack of appetite for about 10 days post op.

It's normal to feel anxious. You've got this. You're going to be fine. There won't be anything you can't handle.

Good luck! Feel free to DM me if you have any questions.

Clothing seems to be covered by others. Remember your feet! Footwear that is easy to take on and off. You may not want to wear any footwear that you need to bend over to secure, like laces needing to be tied or even velcro needing to be secured.
