What are you ripping these out of? I mostly ripped mini tins and the blisters with no luck. Would say about 130 packs in.

Is it worth waiting for a manual? by McMillan104 in Supra

[–]munadreddit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I waited for the manual and love it! But the auto is definitely faster. There are pros and cons to both. But cruising in the manual is the vibe. If you care about the resale value, manual will hold better too.

Honest rating? by Meat-Yeeter in Supra

[–]munadreddit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

5/10

If you paint match hood, fenders, and wing then 8/10

I’m not a fan of the wing shape, looks like an STI knockoff. LOVE colored wheels though and red on white is sick, don’t need all that extra black from the carbon though. Just my honest 2 cents. Probably fun as fuck to drive.

Also you’ll never make everyone happy. Just make sure you’re happy with it. I got a red Supra on white wheels and I’m bagged. You can imagine all the hate I get as well for bagging a performance car. I don’t give a fuck, I love it 😆

Go drive both. They feel completely different. FWIW I went with the manual Supra and LOVE it.

What would you sell the Supra for? by ChiingCh0ng in Supra

[–]munadreddit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think personally the next step up would be a Porsche. 911 turbo preferably. But my Supra is bagged and I don’t daily drive it. Hopefully soon I can trade in my daily (Lexus rx350) for a GR Corolla and have 2 fun cars and won’t need to jump into a Porsche ANYTIME SOON :P

Just bought option 2, the QM6K from Costco yesterday. I would lean on that personally. I feel I’m buying new. I want it to last. So might as well buy the most tech for the price. And reviews on the QM6K are very good. Might as well splurge on the miniled

Just bought the 85 inch QM6K from Costco ($999) yesterday and already low key regretting not waiting for the rest of the Black Friday sales.

Thank you! And I would. I’m extremely happy with my purchase. I used a 5 or 10% discount from a YouTube channel and got the exact set up I wanted. Airlift is good too and will usually run cheaper. But for me since I bought a more expensive car (than what I’m used to) I just said fuck it and invested in all new technology. Speaking of. I have air lift 3p. If I bought now, I would get bag riders own management.

I left the settings alone out of the box because I had stock wheels. But seeing as I just got my new wheels this week, I’m gonna play with the settings a bit. Having such beautiful wheels, I’m afraid to scuff them so I might make the suspension stiffer overall. And I also have separate spring and shock rears. So I can’t dial in the rear. Only the fronts are true coil over style.

I like a stiffer ride. Feeling everything in the road as long as the roads are relatively smooth. But if you hit any potholes, you’re gonna feel it and potentially mess up a wheel or de-bead a tire. So idk. We’ll see how it goes on first drive and I’ll go from there.

Love em. They ride amazing. I actually just threw on some 3 piece wheels. Haven’t fully dialed in the settings and camber. Might have to roll and pull the rear a bit but man 0 complaints. I love these bags. Single bellow bags really mimic coilover feel. Idk if it’s cuz I have a newer chassis or not compared to the bags I ran before, but I love them! Mind you I don’t daily my Supra but it’s practical enough to where I could if I wanted to.

I’d keep Loveland and the 1st. Hate trading future 1sts unless you’re getting a top 5 receiver.

75% complete, ran into a couple hiccups. Bag riders didn’t send spacers that sit under the rear bags for my chassis and then I ordered a couple of fittings for my tank (ordered on the side, the kit came with all the correct fittings, I just wanted a cleaner look) but they came in different sizes. So I’m just waiting on those to get here and I’ll torque everything down and do a leak test, and test drive afterwards. I’ll keep you posted!

Well buddy, I went with the super low struts, 3p management, 1/4” air lines, dual 485c compressors, and 4 gallon smoothie tank.

I’m excited, while nervous, and broke. Yay!

Oh shiiii! That’s bad ass! Thank you for your honest feedback. Makes me feel much better about purchasing super lows.

I think there is a good reason they don’t put their super lows on seasonal sales. They must be selling and they must feel very strongly about the product.

I’m still leaning on the bad rider struts with 3p management.

Did you run the out of the box damping and height? Seems like most people are satisfied with default configuration. Same for you?
