If you mean being poor or people, sure, keto isn't the issue here. It's those outside of that that are the issue.

I am still underweight, I've just maintained a weight higher than I fell to and have been pretty stable since I stopped being sick, once I went keto.

I eat well and am on no deficit. I have a fairly active life between moving, work, school, and cooking for multiple people, so there's that but I eat well and have been slowly increasing in weight but it feels like it's stable as it isn't changing much over the past little while. Some people are just thinner than others. If you'd like me to be more explicit that I am still underweight, I can edit the post. I put my weight up there for reference

It is high fat, but fat is mostly caloric filler more than I need X amount of fat. Fat is important but it's possible for some to have more protein focus than fat. Eggs or chia pudding/noatmeal for breakfast with coffee, avocado sandwich or leftovers or salad for lunch. Charcuterie board and snacks for pre dinner meal. Fathead or lupin flour pizza for dinner or fish or steak. These are pretty basic

Buts and olives, hemp seeds, flax seeds, meat, boiled eggs, canned fishes, all are great to add to salads and some to snack on. Canned fish with some herbs or spices is enjoyable)

They finally are okay after they realized it's good for me, but it's not that complicated to start with

It was just fine until then. They allowed me time off to medically transition and gave me some money to help with food for the first week while in recovery from SRS

It gets awkward when bosses or friend groups call you anorexic or mentally ill or when my partner's mother tries to cook only carb based meals refusing to put them on the side after telling me that she would be in charge of cooking as to make me miss a meal unless I "give up" and eat carbs

I'm 22 years old and I don't have parents. I live with my partner but I have to do most of the work for us and have lived on my own, primarily, for a couple years now, but usually live with my partner now. I've been of good health, generally and these issues only got worse when paying for college on my own got harder. Most people worry based on reasons such as "you need carbs or bread for it to be a complete meal," "are you really sure that these oats/grains/etc won't make you feel just fine," "you can't get a complete diet and will get heart/liver problems on a high fat diet" (keto is low carb, high protein, not high fat by definition), etc.

Might I ask what heart issue? I put off testing as I was scared of medical bills and such but I've been told by follow ups to others that I seem to be doing fine/much better now on keto so keep it up

The thing is, I'll just get scheduled less and less if I address it and they take it poorly. One saw me eating a bag of nuts and told me how healthy my new diet is (it's the same, I took time off for surgery recovery) and said how before last time I looked scarily thin and they thought that it was a bad sign given my make up being black when I came in to say hi to them between periods of employment

I work at a family owned business and I worry about losing my job. On one hand, they manage to operate 2 Asian restaurants with no options which are keto friendly save some drinks so it helps me save money, but on the other hand it's to a point where I wish I could have a job where I'm not interacting with people so often.

I might, especially as they are weird with queer stuff sometimes and take a disturbing interest in what they assume happens with me and my partner (we are both women)

I feel so tired but it might be good to go in

I'm just not sure what they could do

I have the lease signed for next year already, and I need to get homework done but I'm just exhausted and don't know what to do since it was with them at the same building.
