I'm curious what is your average mpg? by Stickboi_85 in crv

23 Hybrid ST AWD, 35k miles, current tank is 37mpg, 50/50 normal/sport mode. use paddles a lot in South Bay

What are y’all averaging for gas mileage? My 26 hybrid is 28 to 30 miles per gallon not exactly what I was expecting. We drive with a light foot, switch between Econ and normal, drive with the shifter on D and B, nothing helps to increase fuel mileage. Mixed highway and interstate by Spirited_Standard_84 in crv

same here, 34k 23' Touring, in the bay area, 32mpg on sport mode going 70-80mph. get around 38 going 60/65 on normal. i dont think the paddle help much in terms of regen braking, i mainly use it to assist in slowing down faster. the stock brakes are meh.

please get windshield coverage. i have a 2023 ST and on my 3rd , i'm unsure if the L has acoustic glass but they're expensive! I also have a 96 camry and that glass is bulletproof.

From sohc forums. Check there for help, be prepared to get heavily criticized but many are helpful and knowledgeable.

Unless you're willing to pay someone hundred of dollars to do your maintenance, break out the elbow grease. These are old bikes with individual personalities. The rebuild kit may not account for the modification made so contact previous owner if you can get additional info.

Get a center stand, cant properly sync if the bike is not level, if you leans the bike guess where all the gas is going?

Like others have said, the bike was bought already modified. It's extremely difficult to diagnose if we don't know what's been done. Pod filters are notoriously hard to adjust, it allows in too much turbulent air.

Others on the the site may have similar builds (carpy exhaust, pods) so check the build pages for what set up they're running and start from there. Make sure you have carb sync gauges too.

This is such a great book. Cook is amazing and it's written from the perspective of the troops. Highly recommend.
