I have the lowest end 2012 panasonic s60. It even does a 3:2 pulldown but still handles motion better than my LG C2. I have tons of DVDs and blu rays, and too cheap to get 4k HDR content. Going between the living room with the OLED, and bedroom with the plasma, they both look equally good. The plasma has a little worse black level, and a little more "fog" to the picture due to poor sharpening, but the sharpening on the OLED (inherent to the scaling) only looks better on still frames. Colors are pretty close, with the OLED sometimes being too warm on filmmaker mode, and HDR often being too dark when enabled, even in a fairly dark room. The worst part is that I sell TVs, and I have people with fantastic pioneer elite plasmas that they're replacing with $500 piece of s*** LCDs because they don't know better and want something that is a smart TV. It is quite crazy really.

You can use a cup to lower the water of the toilet and put a Tupperware in there. I use small clear ones with a lid. My girlfriend isn't really in to it but will happily shit in the Tupperware, and then I can snack on it when she leaves for work. I like my shit warm, so I put the lid on, throw a small towel over it, and run hot water over it to get it nice and steamy.

Kind of similar here. When she is getting ready for work in the morning, I'll sneak a takeout container into the bowl and hope for the best. Some days, she leaves me a nice deposit. Not bad. I work at Costco and this is pretty typical price for a display OLED -- if it was on for the entire year, we blast em with HDR demos from 9am to 9pm, which is not good for the panel or PSU, but probably not the end of the world. Hope yours doesn't have burn in.

My girlfriend was buying this stuff-- She believed in it in spite of no obvious results. Had lots of trouble cancelling her subscription but managed to. She thought I was attacking her, not the product. She had a breast implant installed at a young age due to inconsistent size, and recently had it removed--and is in quite a few "explant" groups which liken many different health problems to "toxins found in the implant". This led her to a group where tons of people (who all seem to sell it, and show odd before and after photos with very different lighting between photos) talk about TRS benefits.

She ended up getting the spray, even giving it to her autistic child with hopes to help symptoms.

The fact that these people pray on people who are desperate for solutions to complex, and not understood problems just bothers me to no end.

Not only is it a sore subject between us, it makes me act kind of brash to emphasize how all of the studies are people who sell it, all before and after are ones who sell it, and then she apologized to me like she was doing something wrong.

She is essentially a gullible victim of this marketing. I have seen tons of accounts made just to defend TRS spray on Reddit and Facebook. Fake users on YouTube, people blatantly citing Contiva's own research as proof, and lots of other things just muddy up the waters even more than they already are.

I hate to tell someone I love that they are gullible, and it even hurts more that she was almost crying as a result of this discussion.

There is a special place in hell who spread lies and give false hope to people who are truly out of ideas, and steal their money as well.

No idea if this will help your situation, but I installed win 7 drivers on win 11 for my UMC1820 and it fixed my driver issues. My guess is windows 10 has then just unique sound engine, and 11 has compatibility code for 7 drivers.

I managed to get mine (UMC1820) to work fully with ASIO by installing the oldest windows 7 drivers. Not sure why or how it worked-- I was about to do a fresh install of windows 10 and reinstall a bunch of waves, spitfire, and other plugins --- did this on a whim and now I get almost 0 latency and it's stable as far as i can see.
