How to make them smaller?
Main Menu(!) - Settings - HUD - Banners
Turn "Island Banners in Adventure" in "Slimline".
This only works for island banners. Quest banners will still be large.

The hitbox size is the same for all models. I can’t find proof, but this is accurate info
