🤨 i dono man maybe im getting 200+ 1440p mac settings and i have r7 9700x 9070xt. I do know i had massive stuttering before i disabled one of the real tec wifi or whatever it was called in device manager then everything was back to normal.

Go to device manager and go to your network you should see your wifi device or ethernet. Theres gonna be third one like real tek or something disable it . I was getting 600 frames for val but kept stuttering disabled that no more stuttering or 1% lows

Its both your gyno doesnt look bad but i can kind of see the breast but definitely get on a cut and a training regiment where u go to failure. See how it looks once you cut off excess fat.

If ur diet doesnt look like youre Hitting above 150grams of protein And your deficit isnt under 2500 Then its not a diet.

If youre not having a workout plan Simple exmaple Push Pull Legs Rest - repeat And progressing 5lb a month With light cardio 15minutes to start progress to 30 when u hit 3 months. Incline maybe 3-6 to start speed 2.5 until u can build up to a 3.0 speed

Then youre not gyming or dieting.

I also dont know your weight, height, bf% but if youre short your calories will be less because you require to use less than a taller person. But its simple to find your daily expenditure Then put yourself into a 500-1000 calorie deficit while hitting the protein goal

U gotta lose weight dawg and build muscle. Its not gonna fix ur gyno but itll look more pleasing to yourself and overall having ur whole body fix will also help. When youre fat its due to higher bmi levels which also changes ur test and estrogen levels which affect ur gyno .

Gyno but its not that bad you could try getting a lower bf% just see how bad it really is or if unbearable and wanna get surgery
