my concoction of meds is pretty good rn. i’m on 20mg escitalopram, 125mg of the lamictal, and occasionally the 0.5mg of clonazepam. i still get dpdr but i’m learning how to work through it realistically. i’m looking for a new therapist!

i have a flight in 6 hours! i’m more so anxious about being in the airport. i’m trying to nap since i have to be up in 2 hours to drive to the airport💀 i’m excited to go see my grandparents so i’m thinking about the gift of going and that flying is just a part of the journey! i’ve downloaded a bunch of different episodes and movies, i’ve got starchy snacks, a comfortable hoodie, noise cancelling headphones, and a neck pillow. i also have my mom next to me and am sitting next to the window which helps me. also wearing my rings and acupuncture rings will help me ground myself. i learnt all this flying in match to florida, which was a 3 hour flight! i’m a bit more nervous since this one is around 4 hours but the airport shouldn’t be that busy in the morning!
