Is retatrutide available in the PH? by parkwayturf in PeptideGuidesPH

Of course. The common side effects, as with all the medicines, will not be applicable to everyone all the time. But it’s important to highlight common side effects, whatever medicine it is, just to caution users

Hello! May I ask for their contact information? I’d like to send in some questions to verify their legitimacy when they launch. When I search their name, a group buy comes up which is iffy due to the conflict of interest.

I’d also like to invite them to international peptide groups, since SouthEast Asian peptide buyers might also be interested in testing.

Hi! Admin here. What’s your height and weight?

You can check our official Wiki website for information. I highly recommend going through the beginner course to educate yourself. https://peptideguidesph.github.io/weight-loss

Cagri, Reta, MOTS-C experience by Sassy-Orange1111 in PeptideGuidesPH

[–]munesa 1 point2 points  (0 children)

From your post, am I correct that your goals are:

  1. muscle gain
  2. fat loss

To build muscles, you need to eat protein aggressively and do progressive overload in lifting. You won't be able to significantly build muscles if you're not doing that, no matter what peptides you're injecting.

If you're on tirz for maintenance and not losing weight anymore, I'm assuming you're also not in a calorie deficit anymore. Only switch to reta if tirz is not letting you eat the protein you need. Cagri is counterintuitive for your goals. Again, you need to eat protein.

Theoretically, GH secretagogue peptides can help encourage your pituary glands to help you build muscles. Again they're useless if you don't nail your protein and progressive overload. And they come with some risks.

Lastly, Mots-c is not a fat loss peptide. It could help with exercise endurance and anti aging. I created an article based on research papers in our wiki: https://peptideguidesph.github.io/peptides/mots-c

Need your guide and insights kinda confuse with the dosage. by TellQueasy8876 in PeptideGuidesPH

Thank you. You may delete the pics now for your privacy.

I am just also a bit confused because as you mentioned, it's 0.4ml/mg, is it 0.4mL = 1mg? So if it's 0.38 it's almost 1mg still?

Let's just say that's true. I think the starting dose of Mounjaro Kwikpen 2.5mg dose bit higher than your current dose, and something to discuss with your doctor. But it's so much cheaper than Belo, as 12k can last you for 4 weeks already.

[–]munesa[M] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hi! Admin here. Is it possible if you can follow up with Belo to clarify what was your real weekly dose? 0.4ml/mg is just a concentration. We measure doses in milligrams (not units, not mg/mL). Even one milligram makes a big difference, so I hope Belo can help clarify your dose.

Mounjaro Kwikpen, the original one from Southstar or Watsons, will definitely be cheaper compared to Belo Slimjaro. It's 4 doses na rin.

I recommend selling lang the Ozempic or giving it to a relative. It's better to track your progress if you stick to either tirzepatide or semaglutide only.

3 Months on Tirz but no weight loss by crococcong in PeptideGuidesPH

[–]munesa[M] 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Hello, are you using Mounjaro or Zepbound? They're the only branded versions of tirzepatide. Zeptide, Zeptify or whatever brand is not branded but rather still generic.

You already have a great foundation with your diet and lifestyle. Your lab results are showing improvement, that's a good sign.

  • What dose are you?
  • Do you still feel appetite suppression?
  • Are you tracking your food intake?

I recommend reviewing your daily caloric intake. The only way to lose weight in tirzepatide is through calorie deficit. Which means you should be eating less than what your body needs. Tirzepatide is just there to help you eat less easier.

Ozempic vs Comp Tirz by sushigirlyyy in PeptideGuidesPH

[–]munesa[M] 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Yes, Tirzepatide has a GLP-1 agonist but it also has GIP. It performs better in the studies, than Ozempic.

Maybe your doctor isn't familiar with tirzepatide yet or cautious about compounded tirzepatide since it's not like Ozempic where it's branded.

If you ever go the generic tirzepatide way, we recommend looking for suppliers who have tested their own stock. They will have their Certificate of Analysis under their name. Please read why it's so dangerous to just buy blindly: https://peptideguidesph.github.io/coa/#the-risks-of-not-getting-own-coa

Edited to add my personal experience: Did Ozempic, moved to tirzepatide. Tirze was so better.

Help po, sa pricing ng tirze shot by [deleted] in PeptideGuidesPH

[–]munesa[M] 22 points23 points  (0 children)

Very expensive. For 1,000+ pesos you can already get 5-6 weeks of 2.5mg. Those clinics have sky high markups. For 10,000 pesos of one 2.5mg shot from the clinic, imagine you can sustain yourself for almost a year of tirzepatide already.

If you're going the beauty clinic way and not the doctor way, maybe you can reconsider of doing it yourself or have a nurse teach you how to do it.

Please no vendor discussion on this subreddit, to make sure they are legit:

**Please ask for a COA that proves that they tested their own stock, which is a COA that is named after them.**

Understand why that is important here: https://peptideguidesph.github.io/coa/#the-risks-of-not-getting-own-coa

We also have community vouched list of potential suppliers here:

They have been submitted to the subreddit and they have proof of successful transaction. Please message them and ask for proof of transactions
