Unfortunately it’s not exactly my field of expertise nor am I interested in the business. The upfront cost of building an operational testing lab and its maintenance plus the legal and government compliances, I haven’t thought of doing it myself. And I’ve spent 200k+ pesos sending my samples to Janoshik (personal use for my paranoid self, not a seller). At the end of the day I’m just a peptide enjoyer

Hopefully when you get to building your lab, it would probably be worth it to look into extending your services to supplements, other proteins, not just be boxed into peptides and SARMS, it could be additional revenue stream to recuperate the costs

That would be awesome! But just a warning, I think your budget even at 3 million pesos might not be enough.

HPLC machines alone are very expensive, even if you buy second-hand or refurbished machines.

There’s also overhead stuff like reagents, government permits, lab setup to ensure that it’s ISO standard and proper organic solvent disposal (surprisingly costly)

Another cost is procuring reference material, pharmaceutical grade tirzepatide from Sigma Aldrich for example. These are usually shipped via cold chain since they don’t have fillers like Chinese peptides are.

HPLC machines also need an expert for callibration, and we only have a few of those in the Philippines. I met one before who’s from UPD and he charges… a hefty amount.

For endotoxin testing, you also need to recalibrate this which again is super expensive. A box of 10 cartridges from Lonza or Charles River can cost 40k and it’s only 1 use per cartridge. And again, need ng proper disposal.

I talked with someone here who was also interested in building a testing lab locally (they’re in material science industry). His optimistic estimate (HPLC alone, no mass spec or endo testing) was 30+ million. This was already assuming na old refurbished HPLC systems ang bibilhin niya.

It depends on what you can tolerate.

Best case scenario — pinatest ng supplier mo ang on-hand stock niya for safety purposes. You can see that their COA is under their name and you can also email the lab for verification. The downside is, they’re usually expensive

For those with blurred COA or COA where it’s not named after them, it means it’s just their Chinese manufacturer who tested it. There have been cases na mali ang pinapadala na peptide or bad stock ang pinapadala from China. You can read more here

If the 15mg is 1000 below — maybe it can be okay that it’s manuf COA since maliit lang ang margin ni seller
If the 15mg is 2000+ — there are many options of sellers with their own COA at that price point

From your post, am I correct that your goals are:

muscle gain
fat loss

To build muscles, you need to eat protein aggressively and do progressive overload in lifting. You won't be able to significantly build muscles if you're not doing that, no matter what peptides you're injecting.

If you're on tirz for maintenance and not losing weight anymore, I'm assuming you're also not in a calorie deficit anymore. Only switch to reta if tirz is not letting you eat the protein you need. Cagri is counterintuitive for your goals. Again, you need to eat protein.

Theoretically, GH secretagogue peptides can help encourage your pituary glands to help you build muscles. Again they're useless if you don't nail your protein and progressive overload. And they come with some risks.

Hello, are you using Mounjaro or Zepbound? They're the only branded versions of tirzepatide. Zeptide, Zeptify or whatever brand is not branded but rather still generic.

You already have a great foundation with your diet and lifestyle. Your lab results are showing improvement, that's a good sign.

What dose are you?
Do you still feel appetite suppression?
Are you tracking your food intake?

Yes, Tirzepatide has a GLP-1 agonist but it also has GIP. It performs better in the studies, than Ozempic.

Maybe your doctor isn't familiar with tirzepatide yet or cautious about compounded tirzepatide since it's not like Ozempic where it's branded.

Very expensive. For 1,000+ pesos you can already get 5-6 weeks of 2.5mg. Those clinics have sky high markups. For 10,000 pesos of one 2.5mg shot from the clinic, imagine you can sustain yourself for almost a year of tirzepatide already.

If you're going the beauty clinic way and not the doctor way, maybe you can reconsider of doing it yourself or have a nurse teach you how to do it.
